"Fantastic staff in day surgery"

I attended day surgery for a minor ENT procedure under Mr Kontorinis, he was also working with another doctor but I cannot remember his name.  Both were fantastic and kept me very calm and explained everything before and afterwards.

The staff in day surgery were fantastic, Eva who was looking after me pre and post op was brilliant, and the nurse who held my hand throughout my procedure. It's amazing someone holding your hand when scared and nervous makes such a difference.

Despite the NHS being under so much pressure the staff always take time for you and are a credit to the NHS.

Due to severe hard of hearing issues and lip reading all staff were very accommodating and worse a clear visor to enable me to understand what was happening
