"My terrific key worker"

About: Trust wide Neurology Services / Nurse Led Adult Epilepsy Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been allocated a key worker since the beginning and she has been absolutely terrific. She is very encouraging to me and I would be lost without her. She listens to me and advises me and encourages me to say that I am in control.  She has been really good for me

I am so glad to hear that you have had such a positive experience and that your Key worker has listened and encouraged you to take control of your choices in managing your health. It is always good to feel empowered and have confidence in those who are there to support you.
