What I liked:
There are some excellent nurses at this hospital who work very hard, are very pleasant and professional.
What could be improved? The consultants are rude, arrogant and aloof.
- Poor communication, poor levels of care, poor manners.
- I couldn't give them a negative score, otherwise I would.
