Thank you for this feedback, it's really good to hear such lovely praise for the team and your recognition for their hard work. I will ensure this is shared with them so we can all have a little bit of the positivity!

I hear what you're saying about the staff deserving of a pay rise, I wish it were that simple! However, to hear that the work they are doing is so well received, I'm sure will help put a spring in their step.

Wishing you all the best, Louisa Hagan (Community Forensic Service Manager)

Update posted by Westminster house (a service user)

Hello it's me, Westminster house. I am going to say that my care team go that extra mile for me and others that work with my care team need a honour and a pay rise and a knighthood from the Queen because my care team from Westminster house work so hard.

My care team is very caring and supportive and amazing.

This is a excellent example of patient care at its best!!!

Every nurse would love to know that the care and treatment that they have been part of has made an impact and it sounds as thought the staff at Westminster House go above and beyond.

The patients voice is so important!!
