"Treated with respect and dignity"

I recently had the service hospital at home team .

This was a brand new service I had never used before.

I found this was a lot better than going to hospital as my treatment was done at home with little impact on my day to day life. I was able to receive the highest quality of care and was treated with respect and dignity. The nurses and the doctor fully explained what the care plan and treatment would be. The choice between going to hospital or being cared for at home was easy to make as I felt relaxed and comfortable with them.

I highly recommend this service, my self and my family are all grateful.

I felt the treatment was alot quicker at home with being in my own environment I felt at ease and relaxed and I felt I wasnt being rushed and overlooked as I would normally be in a hospital ward.
