About: Community mental health services / Merton & Sutton – ADHD/ASD

(as a service user),

I tried to give feedback on the ADHD service in Wallington.  It says on my letter that you want feedback but its really difficult to work out how to do it.  The website address is just to the whole website so how is somebody with learning difficulties supposed to find the exact bit?
