(as a service user),

I was taken ill at home one evening mid July with chest pain.

The ambulance arrived very quickly. The two ambulance personnel Melvyn and Craig were calm efficient. I am very grateful for their care and attention. Scottish Ambulance Service should be very proud of having such competent and professional staff.

I was taken to hospital and have now been diagnosed with an unusual syndrome which has explained my symptoms. Thank you so much for everything.
