Went to A&E on a Friday evening after a severe dizzy spell that I feared could be a forewarning of something much more serious. Although it was exceptionally busy with 192 patients waiting to be seen, I was impressed with the care and attention received. Staff were professional, efficient and reassuring. They attended to all patients with courtesy and kindness. Infants were attended to speedily as you would expect and I feel that ESH A&E did well in difficult circumstances.
