I've only seen Dawn twice since she took over my case 2 weeks ago and she has been amazing. I feel she has helped me more in these past 2 weeks than anyone has helped me in the last 2 years.

She really has gone out of her way to help me with things I didn't even know CGL could help with like finding out how I can get my cats neutered and helping me get cheap paint, as well as practical things.

I really love that I feel so comfortable talking to Dawn and our chats are really helping me get through one of the hardest times in my life. It makes me feel that even if the worst happens with the situation I'm in, I will be able to carry on improving my life and not go back to where I used to be

Thank you so much Dawn I only wish you could have been my worker sooner.

This is so kind! Thank you for saying that about Dawn. Ill let her and her colleagues know. We try to recognise that drugs and alcohol are only one part of someone's life. If we can help we will. If we cant help we'll try to point you in the direction of someone who can. I'm so pleased you have got a connection with Dawn and our service and things are going in the right direction. Keep working at it!
