"Brilliant Life Coach"

I walked out of a job in late January of this year, I had been feeling low as I've a history of depression.  I then applied for Universal Credit. With being off work and effects of covid I became more isolated and my confidence plummeted.

However I received a telephone call from Lucia from Condition Management Programme (CMP) and can never thank her enough for that phone call. She chatted to me probably longer than her allocated time span, and it was a turning point for me.

I can't remember everything Lucia said to me but I do know I was able to see that I had it in me to get another job and if I didn't I could start going out and start to regain my confidence. She put my name down for next course of CMP and she phoned me again just to check on me.

I can't thank Lucia enough she is truly a brilliant coach, no nonsense person who I call an earth angel. I'm sure there are many who are indebted to her.

I was unable to attend her course due to fact that I am was working.

Yes I'm now working and loving it and  living again and can never thank Lucia enough for that phone call and her call yesterday to see how I was getting on and to sign me off. Even yesterday Lucia gave me further numbers to ensure that I'll not slip again. 

Lucia is a complete asset and I'm sure doesn't even realise how many people like myself she helps. Not only is she a brilliant Life Coach she also a really lovely approachable person and all I can say is a thank you Lucia for that phone call.
