"Absolutely helpful and lovely receptionist"

About: The Lawson Practice

(as the patient),

I have been a patient at the Lawson Practice since 2005, and in all that time, changes have taken place in regard to staff members and doctors who worked at this amazing practice. Some staff members and doctors still work at the surgery, and some have left, but all in all, my experience as a patient of the Lawson Practice is not bad at all.

I have met very compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind doctors, and I also must say that the receptionists at this practice have all been very respectful and kind to me, particularly Emma, Sharon, and the lovely and very kind Asia, who has had so much praise from patients who are registered at this amazing surgery.

Even non-patients who visit the Lawson Practice have nothing but praise for Asia. She has very good communication skills and can handle situations that are difficult particularly when visitors are exhibiting signs of stress and impatience which can happen at times. She has never been rude to any patient or visitor, and will do her best to assist anyone who needs help and or assistance with something.

I have lost count of the many times she assisted me with different things at the surgery, and just over a week ago she again assisted me with a very important matter, and made my lovely GP aware that I needed help with a medical matter.

I can't thank Asia enough for all her kind help, and also all the amazing and very compassionate doctors at this practice. I am very happy being a patient of the Lawson Practice, and confident that I will continue to get the best care from this Practice. Please keep up the good work!

Thank you for this feedback about Asia in particular and also Emma and Sharon. This is such lovely positive feedback and so good to know that staff are able to help and that their help is appreciated by patients. Also thanks for your kind words about the doctors, again so good hear that things are working for you. There is a lot of negative press at the moment about primary care and it can be disheartening to read so this sort of feedback is really valuable and helps us bounce back. Thank you again.
