About: East Surrey Hospital

I had a suspected TIA, and was given an appointment in only 5 days.

All the staff seen top to bottom in all departments were extremely fast, well organised and all staff were friendly and polite.

Nothing was too much trouble.

I am only too pleased to be able to report such a glowing experience.

One minor hiccup was time in obtaining my simple prescription drugs from the mandatory on site chemist. A simple improvement would be to make the prescription suitable for any Chemist.

Well done again.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back following your recent visit.

We are planning some improvements to make the collection of hospital prescribed medicines more convenient for our patients over the forthcoming months, and to reduce the potential for delays at busy times.
