(as the patient),

I have been a regular patient at the Dental Hospital for a number of years. I am seen by Gareth. He has a lovely patient manner, keeping me informed of everything at all times. Informing me of risks as well as the importance of the procedures he is going to undertake. I feel completely at ease. The consistency with the Dental Nurses is also a nice part of my care, not only am I seeing the same Consultant but usually the same Dental Nurse.
