"Ward 3 E domestic went above and beyond"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a relative),

Arrived with my aunt at visiting time who was worried about her husband who had been admitted to the ward that afternoon suspect mini stroke. He had just been taken down for CAT scan when we arrived, so domestic Angela guided us to the Relative room and switched on the television and offered us some tea / coffee/ water. She checked in on us and also checked if my uncle had returned to the ward and checked if any update with the desk. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and also made a cup of tea for my uncle when he returned from the CAT scan. Just a credit to the ward!

Dear michelle91,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback via Care Opinion. It was so nice to read about the support Angela provided to you and your Aunt. This is so important at what must have been a worrying time.

I have shared your feedback with Angela and it made her night!

Thank you!

Best Wishes,

Christine and Staff Ward 3E
