"Mole removal on temple"

(as a service user),

I had a mole removed from my temple yesterday under local anesthetic and I had a very positive experience. The procedure happened exactly on time and only lasted 30 minutes. David, who did the operation, explained the procedure with an easy charm and along with his team, Alisha and Kelsey, put me at ease. Despite 8 sutures the wound was very neat and my recovery so far has been problem free. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the NHS and specifically my team for their excellent service.

remember it takes a year for a scar to mature, so hopefully it will continue to improve over that time.
