Carol my MS nurse
I just want to say what amazing service/care I have received from Carol.
She is so quick to respond to my care concerns or my queries.
I recently contacted Carol re: the service I was receiving from another service formally Healthcare at Home and the trouble I was getting trying to get hold of them
She listened to me, responded and also got involved with it.
Carol arranged a call with me today, not to only let me know what was happening but to check on me, to see how I was doing, how was I coping.
I never have to wait to long if I send an adhoc message or really anything.
Everyone is quick to complain and Moan these days, they forget that the majority of people out there do good or even amazing, so thank you Carol you are AMAZING
