About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I was nervous about it but all the staff at the endoscopy unit put my mind at ease .

Thank you all the staff, they are a credit to the NHS.

Many thanks for sharing your recent experience in our Day Surgery Unit within University Hospital Wishaw via Care Opinion.

I am delighted our staff were able to allay any anxiety and fear your may have had prior to your procedure.

Our staff work so hard to provide first class Person Centred Care to all patients and from your kind words; they are getting it right.
