"Fantastic service from all departments "

I visited a&e after my daughter cut her knee deeply on some glass. The covid check was quick and straight forward before being sent inside and referred to children’s part of a&e. After only 20 minutes a lovely nurse called us in and checked and cleaned my daughters knee. She was very kind and reassuring to my 5 year old. She then sent her for xray to check if any glass remained in the wound. The man who did the X-rays was very polite and thorough within his role and my daughter was reassured all the time she was in there. He then took us back to the waiting room, where the nurse called us back in to glue and steri-strip her knee. She was patient and told my daughter what she was going to do at each step.

Fantastic service for a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff were fantastic. I hope this message gets passed on to them. Thankyou very much.
