"Online forms not available out of working hours"

It would be really helpful if the online forms to contact the surgery were available outside of working hours. Many of the patients work and can only find time to contact the surgery online when they themselves are not working.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.

In the best interest of our patients, we limit the types of forms available to complete during our non-contractual hours.

As the forms submitted cannot be safely managed when we are closed, we urge patients to contact 111 or 999 in emergencies.
