Could you please pass on my huge thanks to the team who was working the Emergency Dentist clinic today based at Hawick.  All the staff where fantastic - receptionist, dental nurses and dentist.

I was expecting to need my tooth removed - I did visit my own dentist on Tuesday but antibiotics unfortunately were not working.  The dentist managed to complete a procedure to save my tooth and a change of antibiotics to hopefully keep me out of pain until I can go back and see my own dentist.

They where fantastic with my son as well who came with me, and was over the moon to get two stickers. 

They had a really busy clinic but they took their time and treated me with respect and dignity.

 
Brilliant service and forever thankful... plus I am pain free for the first time in a week!

I have shared this with the staff who were delighted to hear your positive feedback. I also enjoyed reading this, it made me proud to work for NHS Borders.

It was great to read that you are finally pain free after a week of suffering which I am sure was not pleasant. I am jealous that your son got two stickers, that was always my favourite part of visiting the dentist when I was younger!

I wish you well for when you go back to your own dentist.
