Attended with my sister who was unwell today. Staff were amazing including nursing staff and porters, particular Dr Zoe in A&E - very attentive, thorough assessment with genuine compassion and kindness.
Good to see high standards of cleanliness throughout too unlike recent experiences at other hospitals.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your sisters experience whilst attending our A & E department within University Hospital Monklands via Care Opinion.
I am delighted you both felt re-assured with the treatment and care our staff were able to provide.
Being a nurse, you will understand the hard work involved by all departments and staff to enable them to deliver a high standard of care. I am very pleased to see they are getting it right!
It will give me pleasure to ensure your positive feedback is shared with Dr Zoe and all staff involved in your sisters care. I am sure the staff will have a smile on their face and bounce in their step and give great encouragement to them all.
