"Out of hours appointment"

I recently had to visit out of hours with my baby. We were given an appointment quickly after a telephone consultation. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and approachable which helps a lot during a worrying time.
We didn't have to wait long to be seen and my baby was given a thorough check over before being sent up to paediatrics.
Thank you to everyone who helped us that evening.
