
I had 11 CBT sessions with Kat for PTSD & Severe Anxiety after sleepless nights and nightmares from being involved in a hit and run. The programme delivered and resources she used helped me to understand how the brain works in regards to trauma. The bit that stood out for me was her ability to make me feel safe, which resulted in me being able to discuss previous traumas I had avoided for years, which I didn'y even realise had a knock on effect to my reactions and my emotions as an adult. The only way to describe our sessions, was like talking to Google - no judgement and an explanation for everything to help me understand me and my trauma better. Best decision I made making the call, sometimes even strong people need help too! Thanks Kat :0)
