What I liked

All the staff in my ward, MSSW, worked well together, and were very friendly and easy to talk to. Making the experience one better then it would have otherwise been.

What could be improved

I was in the MSSW (medical short stay ward) recovering from meningitis. Because the meningitis made me have sufficient hearing loss in one ear i had to be an in-patient to see the ENT (ear nose and throat specialist), between my ward and the ENT department they managed to confuse what time my appointment was - ending in me having missed it because i was given the wrong times. they could really improve the communication between the wards, especially the MSSW and ENT!
