"Awful! Left me without essential medication"

Rejected my repeat prescription request as told I need a medication review. Two problems with that:

1) I've already had a call with their chemist and told them I don't want any changes to my medication.

2)Even if I wanted to make an appointment I can't!

The line is constantly busy and when you get through you're met with rude and uncaring staff who don't seem to have a clue. Told me to ask the chemist for some "spare" medication, when it's a controlled drug? What idiocy! I've been left in distress and withdrawal because I've been refused medication which I need to function. This practice is disgusting and doesn't care about it's patients.
