"My Mum who is a patient."

About: New Cross Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

My mum has moved from the Manor to here. This is our first visit. She’s extremely unwell. Multiple massive blood clots, stroke. Her condition is extremely vulnerable. We arrive and her room is empty. You can imagine the anxiety. No one could tell us where she was and no one seemed to be bothered that all the answer we got was that they didn't know. No update. Nothing. So we’re sat waiting not sure what has happened. Not really a positive start.
