"Poor experience of A & E"

I found this to be a horrible, disgusting hospital. I went to A & E as I had shortness of breath after covid. I was struggling to breathe, and had been booked in by 111. There seemed to be 50 people waiting at A&E, and apart from me and the hospital staff it seemed that everyone either had alcohol or drug issues or were homeless.

There was a bad smell at the waiting room, and very loud noise. At the entrance there was a cloud of cigarette smoke due to the 5-10 people smoking right next to it. I decided to go home and wait for my symptoms to disappear.
