"Extremely Disapointed"

For the second time in a year my Hip Replacement Surgery has been cancelled, should have been carried out in September 2021, but was cancelled days before. Rescheduled in June for 18th July, cancelled again yesterday, is it because I am a NHS Patient. Or does the Park only want no complication, straight forward operations.
