"Emergency A/E admission"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency Pilgrim Hospital / Acute Medical Unit United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I was rushed into hospital for asthma attack, chest infection/sepsis. The staff in A/E were excellent I couldn’t have asked for better service. The tests were carried out quickly and everything explained to me fully which helped to calm me down,  I spent the night with them, when I needed help someone was with me immediately. I was put on the ward and the staff was once again helpful and understanding and treated me very quickly. I asked to come home on Wednesday and they were reluctant to let me go but I was allowed home with understanding to go back if I become sick again. Pilgrim hospital could not done a better job, and I thank everyone who dealt with me.
