"Was all over and done with in around 10 minutes"

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment.

Checked in at reception and was taken down within 5 minutes.

Urine sample given and forms gone over and signed ready.

Doctor was just finishing up her last appointment but was ready for me within 5 minutes.

2 ladies, 1 doing the procedure and 1 talking to me.

I felt very at ease and comfortable.

I was told to say to 'stop' if I was uncomfortable at all but I didn't need to stop.

I was talked to throughout (both - telling me what they were doing and what to expect next, as well as asking if I had plans for the weekend/general chit chat to take my mind off what was going on).

Was all over and done with in around 10 minutes.

Was a much better experience than what I thought it may be and all the staff were lovely and absolutely faultless.
