"Prep"

I was on a 3 month business trip to South America and needed more prep more or less as soon as I got back as only had 3 months supply. Couldn’t manage to arrange an appointment whilst away so popped to the clinic on my return and left a note and within 20 minutes I received a call explained my predicament, I had taken the last tablet the day before, and the lovely and very helpful receptionist said to leave it with me I’ll sort something out. Didn’t wait long and she got back to me having arranged an appointment with an equally as lovely nurse who had juggled things to fit me in same day. I appreciate how busy everyone is and how they went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed in time.
