"My anxiety when i ring my doctors to request a phone call."

I am so upset and feel worthless on how my doctors receptionist speak to me when I call to request a phone to speak to a doctor. 

They always say emergency only and ask if it is or to ring back later or tomorrow to be told the same thing again. I suffer from mental health and anxiety. 

They ask me so many personal questions which I know they need a brief explanation to why I need to talk to doctor but its never enough and they dig deeper making me feel so uncomfortable and upset. 

Like today I rang and was questioned if it was emergency which I explained to them yes and why......for the receptionist to ask me again, and you think thts emergency??....I was so upset and feel worthless. 

What is an emergency and what day or time suits to just ring to speak to doctor as they ask me tht everything. 

I feel my health is worsened and my health problem have got bigger as we are only allowed to discuss one health concern per call. I can't cope with this anymore. It's so upsetting and degrading. 

Everything I call I feel sick to my stomach with nerves so I put it off.
