I have been in the hospital since the middle of June, I arrived to Craigavon via ambulance. The ambulance arrived within 15 minutes, I was in ED for around 6 in the morning and after the paper work and stuff was carried out I was given a bed on the trauma ward. The level of care I have been receiving here has been brilliant, the nurses are doing a great job. The facilities on the ward are fantastic and they are very clean. The food has been really good and the menus fantastic. The only thing I think that needs to be improved is the communication with the staff, the doctors seem to struggle to answer some questions I may ask them as them seem to not have the right information to answer. Therefore it takes them a while to go figure out what I have asked them and for them to come back with an answer. I totally agree with the visiting rules due to covid as if I got covid I would be very sick due to the chronic blood clots I have, therefore I think this hospital is doing their best to keep us patients safe.
