It would be easier to get an audience with the queen that to get to see a doctor at this practice. Irrespective of when you ring, there never is any appointments for that day and you have to ring the next day and then a telephone appointment only. when you ask if they can offer any advice as to what you can do as you would really like some help, there response is sorry the telephone appointment is only availability. The receptionists decide on what is the best course of action!!! As I was told today the doctors surgery is not for emergencies as that is what the emergency service is for and I questioned that is dependent on what a person deems as an emergency. I was also told there is a shortage of doctors due to the lack of money! And of course covid is to blame!
