I had such a lovely experience at the Sexual Health Clinic (Glenalmond building) in North Lanarkshire. Ann was so welcoming and friendly, really put me at ease. I also work in health care and it’s the little kindness that goes a long way so it was a really lovely to have such a kind nurse especially under the current pressures of the NHS. Thank you
