"Staggering arrival times"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery Day Hospital

(as the patient),

Staff and service excellent, only issue everyone had to be at hospital at 7am, I did  not get to theatre until after 3 pm, just wondered if they could stagger when patients arrived.
