"Her approach to me played a big part to my recovery"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I reached out to one recovery after feeling quite low with respect to my drinking and general mood.

Sophie took the time to listen at first and ask the right questions that made us start putting plans together to aid my recovery. I especially found her to take the time to get to know her client and build a good rapport which helped in forming plans and strategies going forward. Sophie approaches her work professionally and comes across caring and sensitive.

Her approach to me played a big part to my recovery and I am extremely grateful.
