"Day surgery experience"

About: Wexham Park Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My brother went in for day surgery at Wexham Park, we arrived at early, he went in at 7.10am. We have waited 7 hours to find out when he will have surgery. They first got the side of his hernia wrong that resulted in waiting for the surgeon to double check, then they forgot to ask about his allergy to penicillin. Still no news, and despite calling several times no-one picks up the phone.  Such a disappointing experience.
