"Caring, compassionate practice "

I have been a patient here for many years and have found all staff, including reception, office staff, nurses and GPs, at the practice caring, compassionate and professional. They take the time to understand your problem during appointments and follow up quickly if you require a fit note or referral. On several occasions, my gp has written to my consultant at the hospital to support treatment.

The doctors and nurses I have had appointments with at the practice have listened carefully and explained diagnoses fully. I have always felt included in decisions about my treatment.

It is usually possible to get an appointment on the day with your preferred gp which can be really helpful for continuity of care.

As a result of the hard work of staff at the practice, I have felt well supported with my physical and mental health over the years.
