(as the patient),

I had an eye problem which the optician felt should be seen as soon as possible, and recommended that I should go to Barnstaple A&E. A & E was very busy but I was seen quite quickly. The nurse was kind and efficient and I was able to be seen by the eye dept in about 2 hours.

The nurse and doctor there were very kind,efficient and reassuring. I was very grateful to be have expert advice and help.
