"Efficient and friendly"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

I attended cardiology with my mother. After receiving cardio echo, Iain who treated my mother ‘clocked’ that my mother had another appointment in late July for another cardiology procedure. Iain and Thomas arranged for this further procedure to take place today instead meaning mum not having to return for another appt, clinical time being used efficiently and freeing up an appointment later in the month for another patient 

This was efficient, responsive and patient centred.
