"Excellent care."

It's very distressing to read so many negative comments about Manor Farm on a local chat website. My Sister and I have been patients here for 11 years and have always received excellent and caring service from many different members of the team during that time. This is particularly true of the last few years when both Covid and staff shortages have made life doubly difficult for the practice. They have dealt with it admirably, and continue to do so. It's particularly saddening and unjustified that one doctor was even described as "infamous"; when he always gave unstintingly of his time and skill. We seem to live in a very angry world these days and I hope this review will go some way towards redressing the balance.
