(as a relative),

My husband has come out of hospital after having heart failure and we have been looked after very well by Sian the respiratory nurse.

She supports us very well and always ask how I am doing a well as looking after my husband's needs. We get the occasional phone call where Sian asks how we are doing which is nice.

It is lovely to have the support for both of us, she always takes the time to find out how I am.

Thank you for taking the time out to leave this positive feedback, we are sorry to hear about your husbands recent health problems and hope he makes a speedy recovery.

It is great to hear of the care and compassion showed by our members of staff, hats off to Sian and team I hope they can continue to provide you with support while needed.
