"My Dad's struggle with mental health"

My Dad is really struggling with his mental health - I think he has anxiety which has worsened into depression. He struggles to communicate how he's coping (not coping) and has telephone support through Healthy Minds which has been ineffective in helping him cope and support him. He's been to the GP a few times and although he has been prescribed medicine this has also been ineffective. My Mum is struggling too and I'm not sure where we can turn to for support.
