Just wanted to say what fabulous care I received from all the team at ward 1B, the appointment was very prompt and the lovely lady (sorry I can’t  recall her name) went through everything with me and most importantly listened to how I was feeling. I had to have a biopsy while I was there and the ladies assisting made me feel comfortable and relaxed which I really appreciated. I had a clear understanding of what would happen next which was very different from my recent experience with my local GP! Well done to all the team on 1B you are a shining example of what patient care should be like x
