"Instant loss of my baby"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I’ve had a trauma in December that kept me doing my daily routine due to loss of my baby. I was in the point I could not sleep properly, was always anxious, jumpy, had anxiety attacks, always sad, thought that my all world ended, blaming myself for what happened.

Then I realised that I need professional help and went on NHS website and made a self referral for mental health issues. I’ve been contacted fairly quick, and started a group therapy in 2-3 weeks of my first registration and another 2 weeks for individual therapy due to my work schedule. Both therapies and the techniques used to go over my my trauma help improve my life. I would recommend to anyone to ask for help as they will get the best professionals.

Dear Biasta,

Firstly, thank you for your response. We at Inclusion Thurrock appreciate the time and thought to write to us. A second thank you for sharing your story, it must have been an extremely difficult period for you after your loss. Hopefully, your story can encourage others to reach out when in need of support.

I'm glad to hear that you found both methods of therapy beneficial and are using the techniques that you've learned in your daily life. I hope you continue to do so and remain on the path of recovery.

I wish you the best of luck for the future.

Femi
