Considering this is a pretty awkward thing to had to do they make you feel as comfortable and as normal as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It can be daunting not knowing what to expect when you first visit clinic but I am glad to hear that you felt comfortable and like any other routine appointment.
