Upon arrival, swift teatment and kept informed, efficent treatment by skilled professionals. Friendly and attentive staff who clearly cared about the well-being of their patients. All the health care professionals, including the consultant, treatment of patients was respectful at all times and never condescending.Very impressed at the lengths that the staff and consultant went to ensure the best and most appropriate after care found.

Thank for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback about a recent episode of care you have received from the Trust; we really appreciate it.

The Trust works hard to provide all patients with a high standard of care, and so we are delighted to read this was your experience. It is also very reassuring for us to read that from the moment you arrived you were treated professionally and with kindness and respect, and staff took the time to explain things to you as this undoubtedly gave you confidence in them and the procedure you were having.

We hope you have, or are making a good recovery, are keeping well and staying staff.
