Since summer 2021 I have been supported by Stephanie at the woman's team, words will never be able to describe how grateful I am for the great care and support she has shown me. Steph has always shown a great balance of being 'down to earth' and professional. She has a very positive and warm attitude which is what service users require when facing addiction issues. Steph is also very approachable no matter how big the problem was I never felt like I couldn't pick up the phone for her support, and support me she did!

I will be off my medication in the next month and half, attending college and hopefully volunteering for addiction services soon! Stephanie is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting she has showed so much kindness to myself and my family, a really good person who has been a massive part in my recovery so far, she was a credit to addiction services!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback about our services, we really appreciate it. My name is Tasneem and I'm part of the team that listens and responds to feedback like yours.

I am so happy to hear the positive things you've mentioned about Steph, I'm so glad she's given you fantastic support and advice. I'm sure her warm attitude really helped and motivated your day which is exactly the kind of level of support you need. Especially the balance like you mentioned of professionalism but also being down to earth and really showing you the warm personality that she has.

I will make sure Steph is aware of the kind words you've said about her and I'm sure she'll be touched for your efforts of leaving positive feedback about her.

It's great that you're planning on volunteering for addiction services and going to college. It seems that you're in a better stage in your life which is so amazing and I hope you're proud of yourself!
