What I liked

Ny nan was very ill and died on minster ward, I thought they were clean, friendly and polite and kept us informed all the way, it was very busy and the nursing staff did their very best, nan was always clean and fresh and in no pain, it was at christmas and we were able to sit and spend time with her and bring the children in to see her as she looked so comfortable. Thank you

What could be improved

I feel very sorry for the nursing staff that they can't spend time with their patient, they are run of thier feet and find it hard to nurse they way they would want to, it must be disheartning for them. The best improvement would for the wards to be properly staffed so the nurses can do the job they are trained for.
